Using the Cultural Compass as a guide, each Enterprise Holdings Regional Subsidiary submits an annual entry demonstrating how these six priorities are addressed in their operations. 

The entries are then reviewed by a multidisciplinary panel of our company's leadership, also known as the Founding Values Committee.

The Regional Subsidiaries who excel across all areas are rewarded with a Founding Values Award.
